This excellant brace is designed to limit inversion and eversion while encouraging plantar and dorsiflexion. Figure 8 adjustable pull-up straps provide stability by locking the calcaneus in position. Constructed of heavy gauge nylon, with non-stretch, non-fraying nylon straps, providing low profile support. Neoprene padded tongue and Achilles relief padding aid in player/patient comfort. Straps are located medially to eliminate Achilles irritation. Optional medial/lateral stays provide additional support. Great for prophylactic and chronic ankle sprain uses.
(Wearers with small ankles/or heels should move down one size. Wearers with large ankles and/or heels should move up one size. 308 Stays may be used for additional support. Stays may be stacked upon one another for additional support.
